Job Description Summary:
Establish and maintain a partnership with customers, service crews and team members. Must have excellent verbal/written communication, computer and decision-making skills. This position requires the employee to be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Primary Role is to ensure the service crews schedule runs efficiently and we exceed customer needs in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Must maintain attention to details
Receive calls/emails and enter emergency and non-emergency work requests from customers
Schedule leak calls and maintenance
Effectively and professionally communicate with customers and field technicians
Verify and approve weekly time sheets and expenses
Review/Approve completed work orders - Generate invoices
Requirements:
Roofing, Construction or similar experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong Organizational skills
Experience Required in Microsoft Office applications
Experience Preferred but not required in Dataforma (a web-based construction management program)
On Call weekends will be required (typically one weekend a month that will be managed remotely)
