We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our recent project at the Atlanta Motor Speedway in 2023. We had the opportunity to work with great clients and are grateful for their trust in our Roof Partners services.
Our team worked on two buildings at the Atlanta Motor Speedway: The Ticket Office and the Media Center.
For the Ticket Office, we installed a Rhinobond TPO system. We filled in all flutes with EPS, covered it with two layers of 1/2" insulation, and welded on a .60 mil GAF TPO with Rhinobond plates. We were also able to eliminate several ongoing issues with the current gutter system and incorporate it into our new roof and warranty as well.
For the Media Center, we installed a mechanically attached overlayment GAF TPO system. We screwed down a 1/2" HD insulation board and then mechanically attached a grey .60mil TPO. The grey color was chosen to reduce the glare from the stands as this roof is directly in the center of the racetrack. We replaced all metal on this building including gutters, coping, and drip edges. We also enhanced and added a new concrete paver walkway.
