Known for his problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership skills, he consistently focuses on delivering results for the customer while maintaining excellent communication and transparency.

Outside of work, T.J. enjoys hiking, reading, working out and volunteering in his community. He is committed to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
