Not only are their prices reasonable, but even routine preventive maintenance inspections and in some cases investigative inspections on properties to be acquired are performed at a more than reasonable cost and in some case done gratuitously.
Especially when property managers have a large portfolio, it is critical to have vendors/contractors you can depend upon to call only once and have the job get done quickly, properly and without having to follow up to get an update on the matter.
In particular, what sets Roof Partners apart from the rest is their follow-through. Property management and the tenant are contacted to let us know when they will have their crew on-site. If applicable, they will email a follow-up once the work is performed as well as sending timely invoices accompanied by photos and explanations for what was discovered and repaired. This makes my job so much easier.
