He does this by developing customized maintenance programs to rectify major deficiencies, when others have stated that a replacement is the only option. Dan excels for our clients in all types situations, from a simple roof leak, to developing a multi-year budget program. He understands the need to communicate with the customer every step of the way, and has surrounded himself with a staff that is based on this principle.
